Important Announcement: Due to a higher amount of travel restrictions resulting from the spread of COVID-19, CoNTESA '21 will be held online as a live interactive hybrid/virtual conference, to ensure the safety, comfort and quality of experience of the attendees and of the successful course of the event. All matters related to the quality, publication and indexing shall remain unchanged. We are closely monitoring the situation - If any further adjustment is deemed to be necessary, detailed announcement will be made in due course.

After successfully organising the first conference of this series, the International Association of Educators and Researchers (IAER), registered CIC (Community Interest Company) in England and Wales, is happy to arrange the second International Conference on Computing, Networking, Telecommunications & Engineering Sciences Applications 2021 (CoNTESA '21), which will be held from 9-10 December, 2021, at Epoka University, Tirana, Albania (online/hybrid mode).

CoNTESA '21 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Greece Section (Conference Record #52813). Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. |

The conference will draw together researchers and developers from academia and industry. There will be a range of events from keynote addresses, technical and poster sessions, workshops and tutorials. The formal sessions will be supplemented by an excellent social programme. |
